Thank you to one of our followers for inquiring about the CTR exam scores. The CTR exam is scored using the Angoff technique. In 2013, a passing score was 70% and in 2014 a passing score was 69%. The most commonly used standard setting method among criterion-referenced tests is the Angoff Method.
