What To Expect When Joining Our Team

1. Onboarding

Once you sign your offer letter, our Human Resources team will guide you through onboarding.

2. Team member orientation

An orientation will be scheduled, and upon completion, you will be paired with a Success Partner. Your Success Partner will help acclimate you to Registry Partners and your role. They will be there to support you as questions arise and, ultimately, be someone you will build a close working relationship with.

3. Meeting the team

You will meet with your Director and learn the ins and outs of your role. You’ll also get to meet your new team members.

4. Evaluation

After 90 days, you will receive a performance evaluation and a survey to share your new hire experience with us.
