Ronda Howe, CPA

Chief Executive Officer

Ronda has been a part of the Registry Partners team since 2004, working first as an outside CPA consultant and coming on board full-time in 2014 serving as CFO. Ronda took on the role of CEO at Registry Partners in 2022. Ronda has been a CPA since 1987 and has worked as a partner in an accounting firm serving small business clients and non-profit organizations through tax and audit services. In 1997, Ronda started her own accounting practice and worked from home for 17 years in order to mother her three children and be their personal Uber driver to many sporting, scouts and dance team events. These days she resides in North Carolina and loves spending time with her grandchildren, husband, and animals.

Donna Reynolds

Founder & Chief Revenue Officer

Donna is how it all started 20 years ago in Burlington, North Carolina, where to this day, you’ll still find our corporate office. She founded Registry Partners while working out of a bedroom in her home as she and her husband were raising two young children and operating their heating and air conditioning company. Since then, a lot has changed, with Registry Partners now having 300+ employees working remotely across the country, servicing facilities in 40+ states. Today, Donna has taken on the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) leading the sales and marketing teams for Registry Partners and she and her husband now reside in the beautiful state of Tennessee.

Becky White, MSN,RN

Chief Operating Officer

Becky’s passion for data to continuously improve the health care outcomes for patients and their support systems began in a Nursing school classroom during a research presentation evaluating the effectiveness of living-related versus unrelated donor kidney transplants. After years of bedside nursing and healthcare management experience, Becky found her true calling here at Registry Partners in 2016, where we pride ourselves in quality data point abstraction, education, and consulting to assist our hospital clients in the improvement of their patients’ and communities’ outcomes. Becky holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Systems Management and resides just outside of New Orleans, Louisiana, where she was born and raised. As COO, Becky works with a talented group of colleagues to ensure we have the people systems, operational controls, and administrative procedures in place to get “there” together successfully.

Alicia Olson, MS, SHRM-SCP

Human Resources Director

Alicia is an HR professional with a diverse background including over 15 years of HR experience and is a U.S. Army veteran. She has strong knowledge of strategic planning, recruitment practices, organizational change, leadership, employee development, and benefits. Alicia joined the company in 2021 and currently resides in San Antonio, TX with her family. Alicia believes that our employees are the heart of the organization and is dedicated to ensuring that Registry Partners provides them with the best employee experience possible.

Corry Mears

Marketing Manager

Anything marketing-related goes through Corry here at Registry Partners. He joined our team in 2015 after working as a designer in an architecture firm and graduating from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture. Corry wears quite a few hats around Registry Partners from our marketing efforts, website management, social media and loads more.

Crystal McDaniel, ODS-C

Senior Vice President, Oncology Services

Crystal McDaniel became part of Registry Partners in 2005 and now serves as the Senior Vice President of Oncology Services. Her expertise in cancer registry management and cancer program accreditation oversight has been instrumental in helping our client partners to develop, improve and maintain successful Cancer Programs throughout the years. She not only has a passion for quality data but also values contributing to the growth and development of others. Crystal resides in Texas and enjoys spending time with her family.

Pamela Marshall, RN, BSN

Senior Vice President, CIBMTR, Pediatric, & Neonatal Services

With her background in quality management and PICU nursing, Pamela’s role with Registry Partners combines the best of both worlds. Her multi-talented team manages the abstraction and data analysis of our pediatric projects. While her heart remains in Texas, she currently resides near the Bighorn Mountains in Wyoming.

Cindy Bartkus, RHIT, CPHQ

Senior Vice President, Clinical Services

Cindy is Senior Vice President at Registry Partners where she oversees multiple levels of data abstraction and data management. As Senior VP, Cindy brings a diverse skill set coupled with over 20 years of expertise in performance improvement, data abstraction, and data analysis. Cindy’s experience in healthcare quality, along with her compassionate attitude and attention to detail contribute to the high-quality work standards at Registry Partners. She has a professional and cordial demeanor that fosters the team-oriented culture at Registry Partners. She resides near Chicago Illinois where she enjoys spending time with her family and participating in many outdoor activities.

Nikki Maddox, RN, CSTR

Vice President, Clinical Services

Nikki is the Vice President of our Clinical Registries Service Lines and helps to ensure clinical operations run smoothly to ensure client satisfaction. Nikki has a varied range of work experience and skills including 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and started her career in healthcare in 2006 as a nursing student technician position while obtaining her Registered Nurse License. As an RN, she worked diligently to provide patient care in the Medical/Surgical and Emergency Room Departments. Nikki transitioned to Quality Management in 2012. She is passionate about using quality data and her nursing background to help make improvements in patient care. She currently resides in South Texas with her family.

Mandi Kraushaar, RHIA, ODS-C

Vice President, Oncology Services

Mandi has been with Registry Partners since 2014 and currently oversees the registry operations and central registries for the Oncology Service Line. She has a passion for cancer registry data and enjoys educating others on the topic within the company and also at state and national conferences. Prior to joining Registry Partners, Mandi worked as a cancer registry abstractor (formerly CTR) and a data analyst at local hospitals in Indianapolis after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Indiana University. Currently, Mandi resides in northern Indiana with her husband and their two sons.

Sandy Dalen

Vice President, Clinical Services

Sandy is the Vice President of our Clinical Registries Service Lines, helping to ensure clinical operations run smoothly and meet or exceed client expectations. Sandy’s passion for quality began while working on her master’s degree. Her journey to Registry Partners included a variety of work experiences with teams dedicated to improving processes and patient outcomes. She currently resides in northeast Michigan with her family.

Taylor Parker, RHIA, ODS-C

Vice President, Oncology Accreditation Services

Taylor oversees all services involving accreditation for the Oncology Service Line. She began her journey with Registry Partners in 2013 as a part-time ODS-C and has been in various roles within the company. Prior to joining Registry Partners, she worked as an ODS-C and Outpatient Coder after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from St. Joseph’s College and Bachelor of Science in Health Information Administration from Indiana University. Taylor enjoys helping facilities achieve accreditation to provide the highest quality of care for patients and valuable data to drive outcomes and program goals. Taylor resides in Central Indiana with her husband and two sons.
