Registry Partners is pleased to announce that Courtney Jagneaux, RHIA, CTR has been named to the position of Client Services Coordinator for Oncology Services. In her new role, Courtney will build new client relationships, define services to meet the needs of clients, and ensure client satisfaction.
Courtney has served as Project Manager and Senior Registry Operations Director for Registry Partners and has also worked in the hospital setting as a Registry Team Leader and Survey Readiness Consultant, all of which have prepared her well for this new role.
Courtney’s experience with accredited cancer programs and coordinating and implementing new projects along with her organization skills, proactive approach, and effective communication skills will continue to have a positive impact on the relationships she builds with our clients and the success of our partnerships.
Courtney attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management. She also holds two national certifications: Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR).
