Celebrate the 31st Annual

National Cancer Survivors Day

June 3, 2018

June 3rd marks the 31st anniversary of National Cancer Survivors Day.  This event recognizes all those who have survived a cancer diagnosis and have beat their disease as well as those who are actively fighting their disease.  It is a time to celebrate life and not only highlight the success stories but also acknowledge the challenges we are still faced with in finding a cure and improving the quality of life for cancer patients around the world.

There are various Survivors Day events being held around the globe and it’s never too early to begin organizing an event in your community for 2019 if you have missed the opportunity to do so in 2018.

If you or someone you know has been impacted by cancer, take some time on June 3rd to reach out and show your support whether you participate in a local event or simply take a few moments to call someone you know that has cancer or has beat cancer to let them know you are celebrating with them on this special survivors day.
