Tracy Loar, CTR, Project Manager for our Oncology Services Division, celebrated her 5-Year Anniversary with Registry Partners in April, 2018.
When asked how she felt reaching this special milestone, Tracy said “I feel very blessed to have found a career that I love and to be able to work for a company that I truly believe in.”
Tracy attributes her longevity with the company to “her managers and co-workers because the Registry Partners team is really there to help each other when we have questions, to discuss ideas and they encourage you to reach your professional goals”.
For those considering a career change, Tracy believes Registry Partners is a great option, stating “Even though we work remotely, I never feel I’m on my own. The managers and other staff members are always there to answer questions. I feel that Registry Partners really does make you feel like you are part of a team and not just another employee.”
Additionally, Tracy shared “Since working with Registry Partners, I have been able to reach so many of my professional goals that in the beginning of my career I wasn’t sure were possible. My co-workers have really helped me grow and have given me a lot of confidence. I feel very fortunate to work with such amazing people.”
