Nikki Maddox, Vice President of Clinical Registries for Registry Partners, celebrated her 5-Year Anniversary on March 23, 2021.
Nikki joined Registry Partners in April 2016 as a Project Specialist and in June 2016 transitioned to a full-time Project Manager and since then has continued to move up throughout the company. She said, “It feels great having been with Registry Partners for the last 5 years. The time has gone by so quickly that I hadn’t even realized it has been 5 years.”
She says the work/life balance has contributed to her longevity with Registry Partners. She also said, “This has allowed me to exceed my career goals and think of future goals without having to sacrifice my personal life. Knowing that I am doing important work that is making a difference both within our company, as well as for our clients, and that state/national quality improvements might be made in part due to the accuracy of the data that we collect is deeply satisfying.”
