Mary Richardson, Abstractor for the Pediatric Service Line, celebrated her 5-Year Anniversary on October 7, 2021.
Mary joined us in October 2016 and has been a member of our team since then. When asked what it means to reach this milestone she said, “During my 40-year career in nursing, I had always worked in the hospital setting with the responsibility of holiday, weekend, and staffing requirements. Registry Partners has given me the flexibility to complete my assignments and enjoy my home life more. I enjoy abstracting and learning how other institutions are improving healthcare.”
When asked what has contributed to her longevity with the company, Mary said, “I enjoy the teamwork with the pediatric team, I have been able to speak with multiple coworkers when I have questions on a project and everyone is so helpful.”
She also said that others should consider a career with us because “The freedom of working from home is wonderful. It is great to have the flexibility.”
