Registry Partners is pleased to celebrate another Healthcare Quality Week (HQW), sponsored by the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), October 18 – 24, 2020. This celebration is dedicated to recognizing progress professionals have made to improve healthcare quality and prepare for the opportunities and challenges ahead. According to the NAHQ website, healthcare quality professionals work in every healthcare setting to enhance care delivery, optimize value, and improve outcomes by leading activities in Patient Safety; Quality Review and Accountability; Performance, and Process Improvement. These activities encompass several areas including everything from regulatory requirements, accreditation, patient satisfaction, and high reliability.
This week gives our own professionals a time to stop and consider how their work contributes to improving healthcare outcomes across the nation.
