The NCRA Education Committee will be presenting Long Ago in a Registry Far, Far Away: Distance Learning and the Registrar on Saturday, April 8th from 11:15AM to 12:00 PM. Susanna Mitchell will be a member of the panel discussion. Have you ever experienced remote learning? What are some of the challenges to distance training? How can these challenges be mitigated? Join us for a panel discussion including a remote registrar to share and gain some insight on how other registries are conquering distance learning.
Linda Reimers will be presenting Piloting the Quality Aircraft to Reach Your Preferred Destination on Saturday, April 8th from 4:00 to 4:45 PM. Have you ever been reconciling the CP3R data and wondered how you could eliminate all of the “fixing”? Are you providing data for physicians but must re-abstract some cases to ensure the quality of the data? Are there common errors occurring that could be corrected sooner rather than later? Linda will be providing examples of quality control checks to use throughout the year that coincide with the Commission on Cancer Standards 4.4, 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7.
