Professional Development: A New Purpose for Registry Partners

Corry

Marketing Manager

Throughout its history, Registry Partners has continually strived to develop and enrich all of its employees through committed education and training. Now, with a growing roster of dynamic and devoted professionals, the need to dedicate a special team to this has led Registry Partners to create a new corporate department, Professional Development.

With a focus on professional development, Registry Partners is equipped to reinforce an atmosphere where all employees benefit from the investment in their education, job satisfaction, and enhancements to their daily work experiences. Working in an industry with constant change and many standard setters, staying informed, developing new skills, and increasing job performance are keys to the success of both the individual and the company’s overall value.

While there are many advantages to having a professional development initiative, here are some reasons to explore:

  • Knowledge base increases company-wide
  • Credibility and confidence improves with staff
  • Industry trends and updates remain at the forefront
  • Allows for professional growth with current employees wishing to advance their careers within the organization
  • Development of analytics for measuring the effectiveness of training materials for future improvement goals, employee development, and satisfaction

In a short amount of time the professional development team has already seen successes with launches of the Internship program (learn more about Internship here) and a new intranet site, OneSource, built to enhance job performance, assist employees with ease of navigation and streamline current resources into the ultimate one-stop-shop. Understanding the importance of working together and trusting each other to reach the goals that lead to success, the professional development team, consisting of Erica Sabainti, BS, CTR, Corporate Education & Development Director, and Suzzane Gomez, RRT, RCP, CTR, Professional Development Administrator, is dedicated to Registry Partners’ vision of getting “there” together, whatever it takes.

Harvey S. Firestone said, “The growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership.” and Registry Partners, with a dedicated professional development program, has committed to the goal of leading the industry in expanding a workforce devoted to quality, capability, proficiency, and the enrichment of every employee, not only for their benefit but for all the clients they serve as well.
