A National Provider Of Cancer Registry Support Services

We can supplement your Cancer Registry staff...

Registry Partners was founded to provide operational, research, & educational support services to health care providers and their Tumor Registries across the country.

We select Certified Tumor Registrars that have demonstrated excellence in registry operations and employ state of the art technology to deliver the highest quality support services in the industry.   The RPI consultants are trained in all aspects of data management and registry operations and our staff represents knowledge of all commercial cancer software packages currently released in the US.  Our trained consultants are ready to help facilities navigate the execution of an ACOS approved program and to assist facilities in their preparations for survey.  We encourage facilities to speak with our clients and state representatives to validate the emphasis we place on quality data collection and note the commitment we make to our clients to make each project a positive experience.

We can outsource your entire Cancer Registry...

Registry Partners provides contract consulting and permanent cancer registry staffing solutions to hospitals and state cancer registries throughout the United States.   We specialize in offering an array of oncology data management services that will help clients maintain cancer program compliance on an ongoing basis.   Our Oncology Data Support Services are provided only by highly skilled, credentialed Certified Tumor Registrars (CTRs) and experienced consultants who can meet your short term or long term oncology data management needs.

We maintain strict standards when recruiting and employing CTRs.   They must be a CTR with a minimum of at least a few years experience and must pass our CTR Assessment Exam with a score of 90% or better.   If you wish, it can be arranged for you to review the exam at your convenience.   It is quite difficult - only 10% of those sitting for it pass the first time through.   We maintain ACOS and FCDS compliance and constantly monitor the quality of our CTRs' performance.

We can manage your specialized Cancer Registry...

Due to the fractured nature of the US healthcare system, there is currently no universal database that provides access to information on sarcoma patients.   This makes it challenging for public or private researchers to gather enough data to fully study genetic pathways and identify therapeutic candidates for all but the most common sarcoma sub-types.   Registry Partners has teamed with The Sarcoma Foundation Of America in hopes to help address this issue by creating a comprehensive Sarcoma Patient Registry that will track the progress of patients with sarcomas.   By combining the data from other registries around the country and gathering new data from current and future patients, the SFA’s Sarcoma Patient Registry is designed to one day be a powerful source of information for scientists on the hunt for markers, genetic pathways and effective therapies for sarcomas.   Eventually, the registry will become a repository of data for all sarcoma sub-types, capturing information on individual patient diagnosis, treatment and outcomes, while at the same time adhering to the highest principles of patient privacy rights.   Its overarching goal is to be a virtual “historical control group” that would help streamline clinical trials in sarcoma sub-types.

If you have any sarcoma sub type, please click here to learn how you can join the SFA’s Sarcoma Patient Registry.

We can manage your Organ Donor Registry...

Registry Partners provides contract consulting and staffing solutions to private and state organ donor registries throughout the United States.   We specialize in offering an array of data management services that will help your organ donor registry maintain program compliance on an ongoing basis.   Our registrars are all highly skilled data management professionals prepared to assist you in operating your existing registry or in developing a state-of-the-art organ donor management system.

Our mission at Registry Partners is to provide families an opportunity to donate organs and tissues, to support these families regardless of their decision, and to promote equitable utilization of these gifts to others.   Our goal is to facilitate the donor process, to coordinate the recovery of organs and tissues for transplantation and research, and to promote interest in the organ and tissue donor programs of our clients.   Our clients are committed to increasing knowledge about organ and tissue donation and transplantation, while eliminating common misconceptions regarding donation through ongoing public and professional education programs.

In case you didn't know...

There are a number of ways to become an organ and tissue donor.   If your state's motor vehicle department offers you the option to become a donor, that is an excellent way to make your wishes known and to have them respected after you die as it will include you in that state's Donor Registry - which is legal consent for both organ and tissue donation (if you wish to specify or limit your donation to a certain type of donation, organ or tissue, please use a donor card instead of signing up on a Donor Registry).

Carrying a signed donor card is another way to indicate your consent for donation.   Also, share your decision to donate with your family so that your family knows about your interest in becoming an organ and tissue donor.

Please go to Donate Life America for more information.
