Registry Partners Launches New “Commit to be Fit” Program for 2019

At Registry Partners our workforce is primarily remote, working mostly from computers and sitting for many hours each day. In order to promote more physical activity in 2019 we have launched our “Commit to be Fit” program to encourage a healthier, more active lifestyle for our employees.

The “Commit to be Fit” program provides multiple opportunities to win prizes.  

  1. Our Grand Prize is a 5-night Celebrity Cruise, departing in April of 2020 with stops in Key West and Cozumel. The participant who loses the greatest percentage of weight over the course of 2019 will be awarded this trip for themselves and a guest.  
  2. There will be many other “movement challenges” and prizes awarded throughout the year for those interested in adding more physical activity to their day.  

Employees are welcome to participate in any/all challenges.  

We will be using the MoveSpring app to administer our movement challenges and for participants to keep track of their physical activity and progress. MoveSpring is designed for group use and can be downloaded to iOS and Android devices from the app store or it can be synced with other fitness devices such as Fitbit, GoogleFit, Garmin or other fitness apps like Apple’s Health App.     

More than one-third of the Registry Partners team has enrolled in the “Commit to be Fit” program to date. Employees have the opportunity to enroll “at will” throughout the 2019 calendar year.  

Donna Reynolds, CEO for Registry Partners stated “this program allows us to not only work together but interact and support each other in meaningful, personal ways.” Adding, “we are fortunate to have the freedom to design new and exciting ways to strengthen our corporate family.”

We encourage all employees to consider participating. The program is completely voluntary but this is a perfect opportunity to focus on a healthier YOU. The work we do here at Registry Partners brings awareness to the importance of a healthy lifestyle and being physically fit in order to prevent various health related illnesses and diseases.    

This awareness can be turned into positive action through challenging ourselves and committing to be fit.
