The Ohio Cancer Registrars Association hosted their 47th Annual Meeting at the Cincinnati Marriott North Union Centre in West Chester, OH on September 21st and 22nd, 2017.
The conference placed a special emphasis on the AJCC 8th Edition Staging changes … and for a “Seasoned Registrar”, I was thinking that maybe now is the time to transition to casefinding and follow-up ONLY, LOL! I am very used to changes but this one is going to be a BIG challenge … but change is what registry work is all about.
The Conference was very good and I enjoyed representing Registry Partners and networking with the attendees.
