- Refer to FORDS 2015 for coding instructions
- Tumor grade is NOT the same as stage
- Do not use Table 13 pages 16-17 in the ICD-O-3 manual because the information is outdated and is only to be used for cases before 2010
- References are posted on the SEER website
- IF FIGO grade is provided, code histologic grade as 9
- Changes to CAP and the 8th edition staging manual will alter grade coding
