National Women’s Health Week is May 12-18, 2019. This week has been designated to highlight some of the main factors impacting women’s health. The Women’s Health website has an abundance of information and is a one stop shop for all things “women”. Not only is the website full of information about your health and wellness, they also offer a helpline that is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. eastern time.
