Sue VonBosse, RN, BSN, Validation Manager for Registry Partners, celebrated her 5-Year Anniversary with Registry Partners on January 22, 2019.
When Sue was asked what this milestone means to her she said “I can’t believe it has been 5 years. It is a special milestone because I have a work “family” that is heads above any place I have ever been employed. I consider myself fortunate to be able to do what I love, surrounded by such a strong and supportive team.”
Sue believes her longevity with Registry Partners is the direct result of being able to focus on the subject matter that continues to interest her and keeps her learning every day. She said “the mentorship from day one, continues today.” Sue believes she has some pretty inspiring role models that challenge her to continue to grow – even 5 years later, commenting “I love the flexibility in schedule, the endless opportunities that have come my way and the unwavering support of everyone around me.” “In addition to the professional reward of working for Registry Partners, I must say that I have never worked for a more compassionate group of people, ever.”
When asked why she believes others should consider a position with Registry Partners, Sue shared “Working for Registry Partners from home has been a phenomenal transition from working in an inpatient setting for me, and I would encourage anyone who is interested in health care quality to consider making this leap. Registry Partners is a solid and innovative – always creating and expanding new service lines/registries to meet current industry focus. The opportunities to grow and learn new subject matter are endless. The support of leadership is something that I cannot put a price on. The hours are flexible and the commute is awesome. Even though I don’t go to an “office” with colleagues, the sense of being part of a team is there.”
