Samantha Shewmake, Abstractor for the Pediatric Service Line at Registry Partners, celebrated her 5-Year Anniversary on October 12, 2021.
Samantha began her career at Registry Partners in October 2016 and has been with us ever since. When asked what it means to reach this milestone she said, “I’m proud to say I’ve been with this company for 5 years and I am excited to see where we grow from here. The growth of the company and my growth at the company. 5 years feels like I’m establishing myself here and that’s a very comforting thought.”
When asked what has contributed to her longevity with the company, Samantha said, “First and foremost, the management team for my department is the most understanding and patient group I’ve ever worked with. There has never been an issue too big or too small that I can’t come to them. There are many other reasons but that is by far the number one reason. Management can truly make or break a company and our management truly cares about their employees.”
She also said that others should consider a career with us because “What is rare about this company is that a work-life balance is actually attainable and encouraged. You can put your children on the bus, make doctor’s appointments and still get your work done. The flexibility that our schedules offer makes balance reality and not a fairy tale.”
