Nancy Sansone, BA, CTR, Project Manager for our Oncology Services Division, celebrated her 5-Year Anniversary with Registry Partners in March, 2018.
When asked what it means to have reached this special milestone, Nancy stated: “It’s always nice to reach milestones, to be able to demonstrate the ability to sustain a professional effort and achieve growth in your experience. Being able to keep a job for a certain amount of time also, hopefully, tends to indicate that co-workers, supervisors and clients are pleased with the quality of one’s work.”
Nancy believes her longevity with the company has been possible because she “has had the opportunity to take on many challenges with many opportunities for growth and learning, and a lot of support from my supervisors and co-workers. Learning and growing is important to me.” Additionally Nancy shared “I have also worked with clients whose programs had gone without the needed oversight for an extended period of time and needed help to bring order out of the chaos. One client stated “I’m convinced that we’ve found the right people for the job. And that was very rewarding. The opportunity to work from home also leads to an enormous amount of flexibility which is very helpful (especially during snowstorms!).”
When asked why others should consider working for Registry Partners, Nancy shared: “I love the fact that this company was started by a woman and is largely run by women; how many other companies can say that? I think the emphasis on professionalism, organization, competence and mutual respect makes for an exceptional work environment and this really comes through to clients. Many have mentioned their experiences with other consulting companies and they always seem to feel we have offered a more positive experience. We can take pride in working for a company that is well regarded by our clients and we never doubt that we can rely on our supervisors and colleagues … everyone gives their best effort on a daily basis.”
