Jennifer Carter, Registry Services Director for Pediatric Services, celebrated her 5-Year Anniversary on May 1, 2022.
Jen started working at Registry Partners in May 2017 and was promoted to her current position in 2021. When asked what it means to reach this milestone, Jen said “When I started with Registry Partners in 2017, I was in the process of moving out of state and needed a job that could move with me. I got that, but I also got a company that feels more like a family. For 5 years I’ve had the most amazing group of people to work with. It doesn’t seem like it’s been 5 years.”
Jen also said, “It’s never dull! Plus, the flexibility of the work has helped me keep my sanity with 2 young boys (although they aren’t so young anymore), the pandemic, and life in general. My bosses have been amazing working with all of us to ensure we are happy campers!” when asked about her longevity with the company.
Lastly, when asked why others should consider a career with us she said, “Donna Reynolds set the stage for how the company runs, its family. There’s a legitimate concern and caring for everyone. We strive to have everyone succeed.”
