Danielle Cummings, Project CTR for Registry Partners, celebrated her 5-Year Anniversary on December 11th, 2020.
Danielle started out part-time in 2015 and has been with us ever since! She said, “Anything to do with longevity at a job means that the quality of commitment has to be there. Not only commitment from myself but from Registry Partners too. I have found this to be true for me, and therefore am pleased to have reached this milestone and expect this journey to progress.”
She says work-life balance is the key to longevity with the company and avoiding burnout. She said “I used to work full-time, but in this season of life, it was important for me to work part-time. Registry Partners doesn’t shy away from part-time employees like some jobs do. There is so much flexibility, I don’t feel like I’m having to choose between my personal life and work life.”
Danielle believes that others should consider a career with Registry Partners because “Life is too short to be burnt-out on the regular, in an office environment you don’t like. Try Registry Partners for that remote flexibility to get that work-life balance back in your life.”
