Crystal McDaniel, Senior Vice President for Oncology Services, celebrated her 15-Year Anniversary on May 9th, 2020.
When Crystal was asked what her 15 year milestone meant to her she stated “It has been an honor to work with such an amazing company and group of people for the past 15 years. Being part of the team since the early stages of the company, I have had the privilege to not only see Registry Partners grow and flourish, but have been given the opportunity to grow in my own career.”
Crystal’s longevity with the company can be attributed to the compassion and camaraderie demonstrated by leadership and team members. Crystal added “working in a positive environment where everyone feels valued is important to me. Throughout the years, I have seen countless times where the company and/or individual team members have gone above and beyond to show support or assistance when others experienced a hardship or loss. Registry Partners truly cares about each of their employees.”
When asked why others should consider working for Registry Partners, Crystal stated “Team spirit, support, opportunity for growth, flexibility, consistent hours … these are just a few of the reasons someone should consider working for Registry Partners. This motto can frequently be seen in action by the amount of time and effort invested in both quality educational opportunities and career development/mentoring provided to the team to aid in their success and growth.”
