Job Title: Business Development Associate
Department: Registry Partners Incorporated: Oncology Services Division

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop proposals in response to new project requests and existing clients seeking program changes
- Develop client relationships through attendance of tradeshows and on-site meetings
- Research and identify state and national tradeshows that impact sales and marketing strategic goals
- Provide customer service and product knowledge to all clients
- Administer sales including, but not limited to the setup and maintenance of leads, projects, and contracts
Primary Interactions:
- Internal: Business Development Director and team
- External: Existing and potential clients

- Appropriate and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative to identify and solve problems
- Product knowledge
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation experience and confidence
- New business prospecting and closing skills
Education and/or Experience:
- Certified Tumor Registrars (CTR), required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management or related field, preferred
- At least five (5) years of registry experience and Commission on Cancer experience, required
- Business development experience, preferred
