Commission on Cancer (CoC) Program Management & Accreditation Consulting

Our specially trained consultants share knowledge, experience, and best practices both internally and with our clients. Registry Partners consultants become an extension of your cancer program leadership team. We foster participation and accountability while enhancing the effectiveness of your program through ongoing education and awareness, survey preparedness feedback, and tools for success. Our consultants can complete mock surveys and program assessments to determine a client’s preparedness prior to the actual survey. These assessments include recommendations and examples of appropriate documentation for compliance. Often, we become active members of the cancer committee and provide continued participation and involvement throughout the year.

Assisting clients who are seeking their initial accreditation or a reaccreditation survey with the CoC is exciting for our consultants. Sharing our experiences and best practices with our client partners can allow for a shorter timeline for achieving accreditation. We understand that maintaining CoC accreditation can be challenging due to frequent changes in cancer program leadership, staffing and ever-changing oncology budgets.  Partnering with our consultants can provide consistency with CoC standards knowledge, interpretation, and documentation to substantiate compliance.

Our consultants have developed a systematic approach to the Rapid Quality Reporting System (RQRS) required by the Commission on Cancer.  We are able to utilize our efficient and streamlined processes simultaneously with RQRS to manage alerts, updates, and submit data in a timely fashion. Transitioning to a culture of concurrent abstraction is at the forefront of all Registry Partners project operations.
